Selecting a Plan and Pricing


How can I decide which subscription to select for my company?

Review the features in Get Started and take advantage of the 14-day free trial to better understand what Craft has to offer. If you are still unsure, just give us a call and we can work with you to select the plan that is right for your organization. You can also sign up for any plan, risk-free. If you are not satisfied with Craft for any reason, you may cancel your subscription plan within 30 days of signing up and we will give you a full refund.

How do I start the 14-day free trial?

Simply click on 14 day trial and you will be directed to provide us some basic information. After that information is submitted, you will receive an email with your username/login information and your 14 day trail can begin!

What subscription level is the 14-day free trial?

When signing up for the 14-day free trial, you will be granted Group Edition access. If you would like to learn more about additional features available in the Enterprise and Custom editions, just send us an email and we will be happy to share that information.

How can I upgrade my Craft subscription?

You may upgrade your plan at anytime by sending us an email or giving us a call. When you subscribe to a new Craft plan, your account is upgraded right away, enabling the additional features. Your new subscription payments will start only once the pro-rated remaining time from your previous plan will be expired.

May I downgrade my Craft subscription?

Absolutely, we want you to find the plan that suits your company. Just send us an email. When you subscribe to a lower premium plan, your account is immediately set to the new plan. The remaining time of the previous plan is pro-rated accordingly.


Billing


What is your billing policy?

TheCraftAdventure.com bills you for your subscription service in advance of your service period. The amount you are billed is based on your selected user count, not on the active users in the application. The start date on your Invoice is determined by the date that you first signed up for your subscription to TheCraftAdventure.com. Half of the subscription fee will be due and payable to The Rowing Team, LLC. upon execution of the Company Sponsor Agreement and half six months from the Effective Date.

What am I being charged for?

Craft is an online business service, providing training and leadership development services via the Internet. Your organization entered into an agreement to use thecraftadventure.com service.

How am I billed for the service?

You subscribe to Craft with either a semi-annual or yearly billing cycle. Your payments are processed on the first day of your billing cycle.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription plan within 30 days of signing up for any reason. We will gladly provide you with a full refund if you cancel within the 30 day sign-up period.
